Thanksgiving Getaway
Publié le 16 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin had good views and ample parking. It was far enough out that there was little noise pollution. The kitchen was well appointed, though a little crowded for more than 1 cook. The weather was great, cold without snow. My daughter enjoyed crossstitching on the swing. We are from Tallahassee, Fl and have 2 seasons- hot and slightly cooler. It was nice to have a cold Thanksgiving. The only downside was the steep stairs to the 2nd level and even these would be fine with younger children.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately there are some things we can’t change. We just put in all new windows and new a/c. Absolutely agree about Tallahassee. Glad you enjoyed yourselves

Breathtaking Views and Great Communication

Couldn’t ask for a better place to unwind and take in the scenery! Hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during the trip.

Wonderful time!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, cabin was clean and cozy. The cabin was even better equipped then what we had hoped and had all the basics covered. Only complaints were that the down stairs bedroom's bed was a little more firm then what I am used too, and lacks any clothing storage. For us, those were minor issues and will definitely be staying here again! Overall one of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had.

Thank you for the kind words. We are constantly improving the accommodations. We’ve changed out the upstairs king sized mattress downstairs is probably next. We just installed all new windows and completely revamped the AC. So we are still recovering from that. Don’t be surprised if things are different on yours next stay.

Sons trip
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic stay. My 2 sons and myself came up to ride the mountain roads. We had everything we could have ever wanted and or needed. The house was clean, nicely decorated. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Views
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family had an amazing 2 day stay at this lovely cabin. The place had all the amenities you could imagine! The weather was wonderful. Coming from central Florida you couldn't even think about dining outdoors in the evening. To top it off the view and landscape was beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy Home in the Smokies

When the cabins we usually stayed in was sold at the end of 2023, we looked on VRBO to see if this house was still renting out and it was! We called the hosts and got all our dates booked for our 3 trips this year. We absolutely love their cozy cottage! It’s great for motorcycle trips or having to trailer your bikes there is ample parking/unloading area to work with. Already looking forward to the next 2 trips!
