100/100 on staff service and our room!our room was spotless and very comfy! Only downfall… there is on.y a fridge in the room. You must ask for anything else. 8/10 for food prices (sticker shock) 7/10 for the pool area. No staff at the tiki bar and the skimmer wasn’t working. Pool dirty amd way too cold to enjoy. Other guests had asked fo the staff to fix the skimmer earlier but nothing done. If you like to gamble, the horseshoe is the best place of the two properties. Well worth the price we paid for 3 days!

Hotel staff was 100/10!! Our room was clean, spacious, and we felt like we were VIP’s during our stay. During our visit, the pool skimmer was not working so it was a bit dirty. The gym is a small room with good basic equipment. Restaurant costs gave us sticker shock, and most of both properties cost around the same.

Room was not ready when checking in. No hot water, ice machine did not work on the assigned floor.

I liked the parking and convenience of the parking all other things were not okay ! I asked the manager for the discount rate for the 7 day stay and they didn’t they overcharged me !!!

Nightmare at Horseshoe Tunica

Gave us a room that someone was already in. Got no apology just asked if we wanted to upgrade. We were on the second floor. Lots of meeting rooms. Did not feel safe walking to the room. Creepy Floor is uneven causing me to face plant. Over it was dirty, old and outdated. Desk clerk was rude. Feel like something wasn’t right about getting a room that was occupied. The person (a lady) was not shocked. When went down to the desk, the first question asked was did we want an upgrade for 35.00. Wondering if that is a game to get more money. Something wasn’t right
