Publié le 2 mai 2019 sur HotelsAccueil indifférent. On nous fait payer 10$ de plus car on est 3 alors que rien n'était indiqué sur hotels.com. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Bref je ne recommande pas.

I had a horrific experience at this hotel. The manager whose name I can’t even pronounce is extremely unprofessional and a complete savage. I am disabled and travel with a service animal. This individual wouldn’t allow my dog in despite me disclosing my documentation and disability.
During checkout, I happen to run late because I had lost my car keys by the parking lot. As a result, I notified this manager I would be about 10-20 mins late for checkout. Nevertheless, a few minutes after, he stood outside my room’s door and started banging loudly on the door and the windows asking me to “get the hell out”. At the same time he was screaming at me while yelling profanity. I asked him to stop and said I was not done packing and that I needed to be left in peace to finish gathering my things.
Unfortunately, I had to call the police to be able to get myself and my dog out of the hotel room and into my car safely.
This has been the most unprofessional and mentally disturbed “manager” I have ever encountered. Not only was he horrible to me but I also saw him disrespecting the ladies who do the cleaning around the premises.
As I said I don’t know his name but he is either Pakistani or Hindu and wears a small hoop in one of his ears. Becareful with that individual. He is a pig.

The fellows who manage the property provided outstanding service. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The bed was so comfortable, it made falling asleep so easy!!! Very clean room. I will be staying at this hotel again!
