Worn out hotel

Run down and old. Wallpaper peeling, curtains part way off rod, something slung on wall that looked like glue. Very small tv, bed was horrible. Hardly no one was in hotel which is understandable, but we were put on 4th floor, at the far far end of hall. As far away as you can get from the casino. Never again. Front desk ladies were the only thing good about the whole experience.

The hotel lobby was okay but my room in particular was not up to par. The room had a musty moldy smell from walking in the door and the bedding was damp like it was some type of moisture in the room as well as the floor was wet or had been wet. I was awaken on my checkout date early morning by a lot of ants in my bed biting my legs and on the furniture in the room as well as in the bathroom.

The AC didn't work in our room and we had to ask twice to get someone to come fix it. They got a man to work on the AC but he didn't get the problem fixed so it was hot in the room and hard to get any sleep because of the temperature of the room. We were never offered a different room either and we wasn't offered a credit on our room for the inconvenience of having to stay in a hot room. The food in the dining areas were either over cooked or under cooked and the check in staff at the hotel were rude.

We had a room reserved at Sam’s Town in Tunica Mississippi. We checked in at 3. room number was 4418 . July 26 for one night. Itenary # 72880217974209 We could not stay in room because of filth. Also mold smell and weed smell. See following pictures. We are an older couple with some health issues. Please see following photos. I have never experienced a hotel room in my life. Since we were driving all night to get to Sams Town we slept in our truck so we could head out in morning. Ian asking for a complete refund. My phone number is 6364855815 if you have any questions.
