Second stay, Italian restaurant is great food and service. Hotel staff are also great, my issue (as well as others) is that the £50charge onto the card is taking longer than 7 days. I still haven't had my first lot added back from my stay on the 3rd September

The hospitality from all the staff is first class. They are friendly and want to help. Nothing is too much trouble. A very enjoyable stay 😊

Lovely stay, wonderful atmosphere. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Only fault the air conditioning was not working but there was a fan in the room. Food is amazing gorgeous building rooms beautifully decorated and up to standard.
