The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not the greatest for my comfort. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Room was okay but bizarre. Before this, I've never stayed in any hotel room without a closet or even a rod on which to hang clothes.

When we went into our room, there were a bunch of dead bugs on the heater, and some alive ones on the ceiling. That room (room 421) was either not properly clean, or it had not been used in a while. I called the front desk, and I was told that the bugs were seasonal; seasonal or not, I hate bugs, alive or dead, and the staff should have checked the room for cleanliness. Also, I found several cracks in the ceiling and walls. The front desk gave us another room, but we won't stay at this hotel ever again!
