It’s nice, not fancy but it is clean. The parking lot is clean and the hallways are clean. Everyday you see the cleaning staff doing what they do.

Older but seems well kept Super friendly workers. Room was nicer than expected to be honest. I was next to the elevator but I never even heard it so not a noisy place when I was there. I stayed there when I had a medical appointment at mayo. It was close by and cheap and clean. Cant ask for much more
