Horrible hotel!!
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsThe place was filthy and smelled horrible! I was sad that we chose this place for our first night on our road trip with our kids. The guy at the front desk was very rude when checking in because they did not have our adjoining rooms like we called and requested months ago. He called the manager in front of me talking rudely about me like I was making up that I called and requested adjoining rooms. Then changed his tone a little bit when he realized it was noted on the account. But we never got adjoining rooms or the rooms we actually booked with the balcony. But do not believe the pictures online because the hotel does not look like that. Very dirty and outdated. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. You think it would be cleaner with having the Mayo Clinic in its name! There is no hot tub like the pictures and the pool is super small and pool area is filthy!

Staff was great! Very friendly & helpful! Property was clean & well kept. Beds were soooo comfortable!!!
