Disappointing Stay
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsCame here for the pool alone for my son before surgery, only the kiddie pool was open. Asked for a refund to go to another hotel for my son to be able to swim somewhere and was told no due to it being time of check-in. The kiddie pool has poles at the end of the slide that is dangerous and the slide structure was peeling paint all over. The bathroom looked like it was only cleaned with bare minimum effort, sink and shower had hair all over and there was dirt in the corners. There was a plunger sitting in a bag at the top of the stairs the whole stay that had a smell to it as well.
Ice machine was broken but a nice worker went to the event center to get some for us, about the only nice thing about our stay.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Pool was good. No hot tub. Disappointed, was one reason I booked. Take a star away for that. Bathroom sink leaking. Fixed while I was there. Just a needed update. Things happen. Everything worked out. Will stay again.

Wsterpark was a neat thing for kids.
We checked in 10:30 pm . He was very helpful and welcoming.

No spa
