Nice hotel overall, rooms/suites have a lot space. The TV was tiny and the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was okay but no napkins, or syrup for the pancakes.

The floors in the hallway were dirty and appeared as if they had not been vacuumed in months. Other guests were up all night running in the hall and knocking on doors.

The room we had lights in the bathroom were flickering the entire time. The room itself was not inspected or cleaned well as we found cheese puffs and a baby bottle in the fridge. You can hear the doors slam all nights

This hotel had a terrible policy. I had booked the stay on Hotels.com. About an hour after I booked it, I was advised that the meeting was adjourned a week. I called up and they said they couldn't change it because it was through Hotels.com. Hotels.com said they would change it, but after spending an hour on the the phone and going through everything, they hung up on me. After not being able to get back through to Hotels.com I called this nasty hotel and they refused to help. They said it was their policy. Well, their policy stinks. I will never go to their hotel again.

I like the convenience from RIT, staffs are friendly, room is comfortable and clean, just one thing put me a little disappointed: lost and found - I stayed in Rm 117 on 11/3/24-11/4/24, I found I left my tablet on bed when I on the way back, I was thinking since I would stay on 12/1/24, I would get it from L&F, the house keeper definitely would turn in to the front, but disappointely to know when I asked the front, staff told me their house keepers never turn in electrical l&f, when they decided to turn in something, would be old clothes only.

The door to our room was difficult to open because is rubbed on the frame of the door, and hallways smelled like marijuana. Our room was warm and very comfortable. It was clean and the housekeepers made us a couple of washcloth designs. Very nice. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
