No pool or hottub as advertised. Breakfast was not edible

needs repairs--outlet at desk was totally out of the wall --just hanging there--UNSAFE----blood spots on bedspread---toilet way too low for a partially handicap senior--sofa worn out and ugly---front desk people hard to communicate with--
BUT we did like the idea of a suite with the separate bedroom-----breakfast was OK

Property advertised as having pool & hot tub which is what I entered when looking for a place. Both were empty and shut down for health reasons. You should not advertise if not in working order. Staff not welcoming. I had to walk down to see what time breakfast was served and check out time. Carpet was stained. Place was quiet, good sized room, breakfast good. I will need to call hotels directly to get what I want next time.

It was the most disgusting property I have ever been to. The advertisement was very nice and clean. The pool was drained and dirty. The inside of the building was just plain gross. Tattered carpets and sagging beds. Dirty damp smells. Very Rude front desk. Not recommended

Have stayed here for years but now new owners. They don’t clean rooms unless you stay three nights….? Sheets were wrinkled and trash was in the room from prior occupants. Coffee was empty in lobby at 7:30am. People were pleasant but it’s not the value or the clean property we used to enjoy.
