My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is nice and clean, staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, we got plenty of towels, the A/C and the heat worked great ( just a little bit noisy). Our room had a mini kitchen that was spotless and had everything we needed ( from dish washer, microwave, cutlery and some very clean pots and a regular fridge). The only thing that I will like to see changed was the carpet in room that had some stains but it wasn’t a big problem for us because we didn’t spent much time in the room. Definitely we are going to come back!!

Upon entering my room there was a severe musty odor inside it. After speaking with the front desk, they moved me to a different room which was directly across from my first one. This room was even worse, as it had such a strong smell of deodorizer that it caused my eyes to be irritated and I was unable to eat my dinner due to the strong fumes. After speaking with the front desk again, she stated that the cleaning staff must have just “Deodorizer Bombed” the room due to other customers complaining that the same rooms I experienced had a foul musty odor. I was then told they had no other rooms available to switch me to and that the “deodorizer bomb” hopefully will only last for another couple of hours. Sadly, that was not the case and my entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and miserable to say the least. Not a happy customer.

Hello Franklin,I do apologize for the deodorizer smell in the room! Of course, we like to keep our rooms clean and fresh, but I do apologize that the smell was too much. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette.
Access to and from the property was difficult from the interstate.

Staff and breakfast were great. The room was fine but the bathroom, specifically the shower, could you a deep clean.

We stayed for one night. I have stayed at many Homewood Suites. This hotel is tired and old. The carpet is stained, beds are old... just really tired. Staff was very nice and welcoming though.
