Rooms are very nice and the location is good. There is no reception or anyone working onsite - all contact with hotel staff is by phone.

There is a snack breakfast. No coffee maker in room and no microwave. Clean place to just rest your head. Nothing else p

It was a wonderful stay. They were very helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. It was a very quiet area to say the least. I would recommend and do plan and staying here for a future trip.

A retro motel with a lot of charm. Very clean, quiet and close to the U of Rochester. We had a great stay and will do it again.

This hotel has updated their rooms - clean, comfortable. Location was perfect fir our trip.

Overall great stay. Very clean. Breakfast was very basic and poor quality. I would have appreciated upon booking more information on what self check in and check out entails. I my case I am Canadian and did not have cell service so am not able to receive text messages. The self check in and out information should also be emailed.
