I loved the hospitality. Sarah checked me in. She was full of information. The staff for breakfast was a delight. The gentleman who was there both days was so helpful. He took a moment to assist all the guest. I enjoyed his bright personality. The pool was clean and relaxing. My only issue was my room was noticeably not cleaned. Trash can not emptied and the sink dirty. Hairbstrands everywhere. I take cleaning products with me, so I am always ready to clean. But for the cost I should not had to clean. I would stay at Hyatt again.

Very comfortable stay
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis was an official trip. The hotel was easily walkable distance from the Mayo. It was one of the b3st hotels i have stayed recently in. Great space insite the room and ambience in the lobby. They serve breakfast in the mornings which is a big plus.

The service from the front desk, bar area was amazing. Nice room, with everything you need. Very friendly employees. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice, however breakfast was seriously lacking.....I do not know why (and neither did staff) we only had styrofoam plates and bowls, plastic untensils each day?? Coffee not hot at breakfast too! food selection was also not great. I do not recall any Hyatt House doing this, why would the company invest such square footage and cabinetry if not to utilize?? Also, not sustainable.
