Non accès à la terrasse. Non accès au balcon de la piscine. Tourbillon fermé. Une seule débarbouillette pour 2 jours. N'avons pas eu la chambre sélectionné au départ.

Terrasse de la piscine et spa fermé, salle de bain petite , l’hôtel est mieux sur les photos qu’en réel , prix élevé.

The view southwest over Rochester is great. 2/3 of the elevators were off, so not real safe and made us wait or take the stairs.

The hot tub is permanently closed and should not advertise that their is o e as it’s false advertising and our show curtain had major holes which not the end of the world but definitely not the image that Hyatt wants to represent.
