2nd stay and it won't be our last
Publié le 11 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p

Needs a deep clean
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host was nice and reached out before we were to arrive. Unfortunately the apartment needs a really deep clean. There was a dirty sock in the kitchen, mouse poop all over, under the beds were dirty, and there was dry blood on a comforter. The worst part was the hair that was on the wall and soap in the shower. The neighborhood was rough, but that’s no fault of the owners.

I regret missing the hair on the wall and not being aware of the sock upstairs. - I have now cleaned underneath the fridge and stove. I've also deeply cleaned the entire home.- Your feedback about mouse droppings is concerning, and I want to assure you that we've closed the mouse hole to prevent further issues. - I have personally swept under the beds again, despite having done so before your arrival. Great stay
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay at thia location. We were a family of 10 but we were comfortably. The hoat was amazing. She replied quickly with any questions or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with different kinds of utensils, pots, plates, and cups. There were plenty of clean fresh towels and sheets. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings. There is a playground down the street and toys are provided on the inside. The host was great at informing us about any issues in the surrounding areas. Parking was great. We had a lovely time and looking forward to ataying again when we are in Rochester.

Publié le 25 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was convenient to oak hill country club, it was clean, no cat smell when got upstairs , beds were a little too firm and pillows not good, definitely bring own pillows, overall it was very good for the amount of time spent there basically just to sleep. Host was easy to reach and helpful .

Completely misrepresented- not a 3br
Publié le 29 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWas here 10 minutes before leaving. Listed as a 3br, is a 1br. Their attempt of calling a closet a br by tossing a mattress on the floor does not fly. We understood there would be an air mattress, but not all multiple. No privacy for more than one couple. Dirty sheets on beds, hair in the bathtub, and no communication from the property manager on how to get in prior the getting there and having to call them. Was told by homeowner to call husband upon arrival if any issues since she would be at work, no answer and no return call from him. Attempted to get a refund from Evolve, the property manager, and they never once contacted me before deciding to keep my money anyway. After having great experiences the rest of my trip using only VRBO properties, I’d stay elsewhere if I were you.
