Rooms were clean. The hotel sits back off of the road behind a bank and there is little to no signage on the main road, so we passed it.

Well, being a nurse in the triage dept @ Highland Hospital is tough, but fullfilling, so being 'on-call' is sometimes a part of my job. I had Sunday evening off, but then got called ito work. Microtel wouldn't refund or even let me reschedule another date, so I lost $120.00 Wheres the love ?

The easiest solution to this issue moving forward would be to book directly through the hotel. The hotel offers special rates for traveling nurses and can also edit, extend, and check you out early if necessary. Please do not hesitate to call the hotel directly for your next stay and we can accommodate your needs as a traveling nurse. We also want to thank you for the work that you do. Room condition/smell

We are in the process of a carpet renovation and this process has significantly helped with the issue you mentioned. It was very safe and the staff was kind and attentive. The room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time there.

The staff were fantastic! They dealt with my concerns quickly and even followed up with me throughout my stay to make sure that everything was all good. The breakfast was decent and the cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel itself does need some upgrades, but it was clean and again the staff were awesome and so friendly. Thank you to everyone who made our stay a pleasant one. Will definitely go back to this hotel if ever in the area again.
