I am immunocompromised and when I went to breakfast there were no tongs to pull pastries out of the box. The waffle maker was not working. We were there for the Mayo Clinic and were told we could not get the Mayo discount because we did not book directly through them. Air conditioner/heater very loud in room. Thought it was someone getting ice as our room was right by the ice machine.

Was not happy with cleanliness. Hair in the bathtub and the vent in the bathtub was so dusty, I dont see how it could even work

check in was a little awkward. desk manager was arguing with an employee for several minutes. another customer and I were having to witness this over 5 minutes.

The USB charger didn’t work, and the soda pop machine was empty, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable…and that’s all I needed.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom vent was extremely dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful.
