Good location, clean apartment
Posted Sep. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is a very clean apartment in a very central location. They are also mailing back a pair of air pods that we lost, and I hugely appreciate that. My only concern was that the owner messaged me within 10 minutes of my parents checking in to ask that they lock the doors behind them — I understand that this is a safety concern, but they were bringing in multiple bags, and my step-mom has MS. Seems like the message was a bit preemptive, considering this only happened once. It took me back a bit to receive that message. Other than that, this was a very nice stay.

Perfect spot for someone spending a few days at Mayo
Posted Jul. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayThis ended up being a great place to settle in before and after a surgery at the St. Mary’s Hospital. We had the basement level condo which worked well for us. It was well stocked with soaps/supplies etc. We made some meals in the kitchen and also ordered takeout from restaurants nearby. It was about 3-4 blocks from the entrance for us but that wasn’t an issue. The place was clean and looked modern. We washed a few loads of laundry and that worked out great. We found some walking paths nearby so that was nice as well. My only comment might be that for those who are less mobile, it could be a challenge getting in and out of the accommodations with the stairways etc. However, for us it was a great fit.
