All staff I encountered were friendly, accommodating, and helpful although they couldn't necessarily correct the problem. The facility needs maintenance. Lights in pool area burned out, hot tub jets not working, temp of hot tub lukewarm. In the room, no plugs in either tub or sink,only lukewarm water here, too, TV hard to find channels: staff referred me to channel 10 but it won't advance through all the channels. If you plug in clock or phones in the lamp controlled by the door switch, everything turns off. Lots of half pillows, bed had a "devet" in the middle so you rolled towards that. The door needed to be pulled to tightly close it. I noticed the exercise room door didn't close tightly unless pulled shut. Breakfast was ok, a typical continental breakfast.

room was adequate for space fridge rattled all the time and had to be unplugged to sleep chunk of ice defrosted and fell onto the rack making a huge noise at 3am to wake me up pool was cold, not properly heated one pool light (on and working) was out of the housing and hanging into the water by the exposed wires hot tub jets were weak, but hot tub was hot asked for towels for swimming but did not receive any in the 15 minutes while swimming, walked dripping wet back to room room cleaning only every 3 days of stay, which is nice, but nobody came to stock any items. shampoo and conditioner are one use only, yet nobody bothers to refill, tea and coffee the same way. all out of decaf in the breakfast nook overall, rooms capture all the sounds from neighbors all around (above and beside) and from the hall. noise levels after 10pm are reasonable, but that is totally dependent on the guests and not the design of the rooms

Good place to stay!

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom toilet seat was not attached, but we mentioned it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it! The breakfast was sufficient. Thank you for a nice stay!

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Hot tub had no pressure so we went to the hot tub in our room also low pressure. Shower also had low pressure. Hotel is very outdated with no usb plug-in and room smelled like a smoker had been in there. Air conditioner wouldnt cool room even when set at 60.
