Worst motel ever

The bed sheets had hair in them, the baththub was gross, not washed at all and only one light was worling: above the bed. I had to go to the bathroom with a flashlight at night. The place stinks a lot. I am pretty sure that they never clean the carpets: I dropped water on it and when I tried to absorb it, my tower went dark gray, without even rubbing. This place needs some deep cleaning and they need to fix the lights.

Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe guy behind the desk was very kind. But the property itself is a dump. Some rooms were not in use and boarded over. Used doors were leaning against outside walls. My room was gross. Huge holes in the wall above one of the beds. Big fist sized rips and holes in one of the bedspreads. Bathroom was yucky. I paid for an absolute dump. What a ripoff. I only booked it because of the name - Relax Inn. The Choice hotels of Comfort Inn, Econoldge etc. sometimes have properties with that name. This is NOT one of those. Don’t stay here - you’ll regret it.

I have been a long time customer at this property. I stay here because the staff are friendly and respectful. However, the property needs a desperate clean up / upgrade on the furniture, fixtures, carpets etc. especially the beds and mattresses. They have great traffic, reasonable prices and with these improvements', this will always be a great place for a night or two.
