This 3 story home located in the White Coat Village has been recently renovated. Conveniently located 2 blocks from Strong Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center and College Town shopping and dinning. We also provide all hotel-grade linens for a comfortable sleep away from home and High speed internet (over 100 mbps). We are Pet Friendly 😀 just let us know ahead of time.

Guest have access to entire home which includes washer and dryer in the basement. 5+ car driveway and back yard. No access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The White Coat Village is the closest neighborhood to the University Rochester Medical Center, Nursing School and Strong Memorial Hospital. This is where many medical and nursing students, interns and residents live and hence it is often called the White Coat Village.

*Irvington Rd is probably the most prestigious street with the largest lots and the most stylish homes. It has been said that the homes stands tall on Irvington Rd and this has been called the 5th Avenue of the White Coat Village. The four streets (Crittenden, Raleigh, Rossiter, Irvington) of the Upper White Coat Village are very safe and you can walk home from any late ED rotation without any concerns.

Getting Around:
Uber, lyft and taxi services are great to travel to and from the airport which is just 3 miles away. Once in the property you can walk to convenience stores, fast foods, restaurants, pharmacies, yoga studio, hospitals, nails salon, barber shop, etc

Nice Location
The location was great. The house has a great layout, but the amenities/details were not very well attended too. Kitchen cabinets were disorganized and some had junk in them, there were no extra blankets and the blankets available were thin. Most of the towels were over used and old. There were no dish towels, very limited toilet paper and paper towels. There was garbage stacked on the side of the house. The pictures were not representative of the current state of the furniture and home.

What a great location!
We were a family of 12 ranging in ages from 5 months to 95 years old. The house is an older home, but was immaculately clean. The 3rd floor with all the twin beds wasn't really functional for us, since we had small children who were scared to be up there alone and my 95 year old mother who couldn't climb the stairs, but the other rooms were plenty big enough to move the twin mattresses in to, and my mother was able to sleep on the sofa on the main floor. We spent most early mornings walking downtown for coffee and evenings walking downtown for dinner. While Rochester was not our intended destination, this location made it 100% worth staying there.

Great location, nice house
As advertised, nice home in a great area. Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to U of R and the college town. Perfect for a reunion of graduates from years ago. Plenty of bedrooms, very clean house. Communication from property manager was terrific and prompt, no issues with the house at all.

Roaches were in the kitchen. Had to wash everything before using. Could not cook because it is not an equipped kitchen. Not even a pan to make eggs. Mix and match dishes, no dish towels and a very dirty cooktop. Could not use washer or dryer in basement because it was a mess of piles of past visitors bedding all over the floor. Couldn’t use entry closet. It was filled with their cleaning supplies dirty mop in wet bucket if pine sol. The house smelt clean but was not. All the floors squeak. Not good to have babies sleeping in house and you want to walk up the stairs. Beds are mattresses on frames. Towels were tiny and so thin you need multiple to dry off after you shower. Tiny soaps in plastic is the only toiletry provided. House manager offered to fumigate but I would have to be gone 6-8 hours. I couldn’t bring my grandson back into the house. So she did bring paper towels, roach bait and traps when I sent her pictures. She also provided me with cleaning supplies. Which was nice but on vacation, cleaning and setting up traps was not what I had in mind. I had to leave one day early because I couldn’t stay. They offered me a one night refund if I would not write a review. I chose to write this review so this would not happen to anyone else on their vacation I have photographs of everything. Shame I can’t post them

Rochester winter retreat
Lovely neighborhood with easy access to the UR Medical Center, UR Campus, easy walk to shopping and the river. Quick drive to Eastman School of Music for world class entertainment. Very comfortable and clean home with great parking.

“Rocking” Rochester!
We travel to Rochester to attend an event at the University Medical Center and this location could not have been more perfect. We were two blocks away and could walk and got a quick snowstorm which made it easy that we did not use a car the entire time because the location was so close. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. The home was warm and spotless and we were in communication with the owner throughout our visit with excellent responsiveness. We also have not been to Rochester in about 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed the new changes to the city which are very hip and upbeat. Of course we enjoyed all the Wegmans’s And I found a very cool knitting store off of Goodman which was amazing. Upon our return we are hoping this property is available.

Sons wedding weekend.
House in the nice location of Rochester is very accessible to everything. We were thankful that those stores were close as we had to get some supplies that were not available at the house.(tissues, hand soap, paper towels). House is very basic. Could have used a bit more causal seating and extra mirrors (I know sounds vain but we were there for our sons wedding!) But more than enough clean towels and bedding available for our large family stay.

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay for our family. The beds were so comfy and provided a great nights sleep. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. There was a great little diner just up the street and around the corner that we would walk to every morning for breakfast. Hosts were great and easy to work with.

This was the cutest little house centrally located in the Rochester area. The beds were extremely comfortable (3 floors of them) and the property owner was very responsive to our questions, and also shoveling the driveway for us during a snow storm! We would definitely stay here again.

Large space for family
75 Irvington Road was great for our family for the 4 nights we spent at the house. The home decor was simple and clean. Kitchen was adequate and could use better/sharper knives. We didn’t need the washer and dryer but never did understand how to get to the basement if we needed to use them. Nelissa was very responsive to any of our questions. Would stay again!.

So Much Room! Best Most Comfy BEDS EVER!
This was an awesome stay! My husband and I and our kids and my sister stayed to drop off my eldest who starts college at local college this fall. We drove all night and was exhausted but had the best sleep ever in those super comfy beds. Everyone who had a bedroom on the second floor commented the next day how that was such a great sleep! I love that there were 5 bedrooms including the 2 attic loft ones (with less comfy beds) but were great so my middle son and youngest (daughter) got to have the privacy of their own room. Everything was spotless. I love the simple decorations so the home wasn't stuffy and over packed with furnishings as you've seen at other properties. There were small tasteful art, and sprinkling of books, novels and games about, The super large TV and ROKU access was a plus. I love the push up blinds. I love natural light and we got so much in every room in this property! It was super close to my son's college which made the process seamless! Highly recommend! Thanks to the very accommodating and no fuss owners!

We had a large group and this house accommodated us all wonderfully. It is a very nice neighbourhood and a short drive from downtown. Our kids enjoyed playing at the nearby park. Overall, was a great place to stay in Rochester.
