There was no elevator. We arrived when it was dark out and the property was not well lit with few cars in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. We checked in and our room key was a reprogrammed old Pizza Hut gift card with the room number written on it with a Sharpie. It was very loud. I could hear every door shut and the room next to me clearly. Our room was clean and the staff friendly.

Our building was constructed in the 1990s without an elevator, but we are currently obtaining approvals to retrofit one. The room was quiet & clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower kind of sucked--the water pressure was weak and it made a loud noise. Also the towel rack fell off the wall when I pulled a towel off of it. Not all of the amenities listed on the booking were actually there (ie, the booking said there would be a bidet, but there wasn't). There arent many other options in the area.

Had to call from front desk to offsite to get checked in. Room booked for 4 people, only 2 towels provided. Room was dirty including hair on wall in bathroom area. Corner areas of room not vaccumed.

I arrived to a dark lobby, once I received my room key, I entered the room that was never cleaned, went back to front desk, got another room, entered that room, it was also dirty and not clean, I went back down to the front desk to get a different room, and 3 time was a charm. The issue in the room was the shower control was about falling of the show wall, looked like someone just tried to apply a bunch of caulk all around it. When I woke up for breakfast, I eat and never saw an employee. Seems to have bad management, it is an out dated hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned and garbage not emptied the whole time we were there. Had to take our used towels to desk and ask for clean towels each day.
