It is immaculate, well-appointed, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it's well stocked for visitors who want to stay home and cook. It is within a 10-minute walk to the Mayo Clinic which is a plus. You also have a variety of restaurants within walking distance. It's a great place.
