Our bed sheets had old blood stains on the top sheet. There was a yellow washable stain on the toilet. There was dirt and old bottle cap under the window curtain. We will never stay there again. We stayed there 3 times before and it was nice, that's why we chose it. Woodcliff never gave us a break on the room. Just oh, we are sorry about that. I was not looking for a discount on our room, but it would have been nice to have it offered to us.

Horrible experience and left in the middle of the night because it was not safe with a child. Out of control wedding guests in surrounding rooms and throughout Hotel. Waited to check in. No towels at pool and overflowing garbage.

I liked the pool but would have been more enjoyable heated. The hot tub was out of commission. The bar was far from the pool. The service was ok. The shower head sprayed out into the bathroom and the TV was antique with limited channels. No movies or streaming apps available
