I had an awful experience at this hotel. I had reserved two rooms for my family and arrived around 10 PM. After a long wait at the front desk, I was given two keys, but neither of them worked. I returned to the desk to have the issue fixed, and although they made some adjustments, the keys still didn’t work when I tried again. I went back to the front desk, requesting that someone accompany me to ensure the keys worked, but they refused to help and told me to leave the hotel. They also refused to refund the payment. Never staying again here.

employees very unprofessional, waited 30 minutes to check in while they were on their phones in the back. and then they also charged a 200 cleaning fee for a a few rose pedals left on the bed.

Large room with puny pillows!
After waiting for the front desk staff to iron out an issue, I was finally checked into my room. It was a great room with lots of space. The bed, however, was a bit disappointing…not super comfortable and given four pillows the size of marshmallows didn’t help. It was quiet and clean and for that I am thankful.
