I called the day before to inform them of a late arrival. The receptionist made a note of that, but upon arrival I was told I didn’t have a room and was charged a no show fee. This was after driving 8 hours for a family emergency and arriving at 3:30am. It was corrected the morning after! It was nothing like the photos and was apparent that people were living there. When we went to our room the hall was thick with weed and cigarette smoke and our key card wouldn’t work. We got a non smoking room that smelled like stale cigarettes, floor was sticky, bathroom was dirty and curtain rod in shower was held together with electrical tape. After going to the hospital the next day I stopped and purchased cleaning products and shower shoes. I moped the floors and put linen sanitizer on all fabric. Went to shower and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut due to the electrical tape fixing it at a downward angle. Not a good stay for sure.
