Besoin urgent de rénovation

Personnel pas très accueillant. Chambre sale avec des traces au plafond, sur les murs et sous le lit. Le motel aurait besoin d'une grosse rénovation. Nous sommes restés une nuit et cela était plus que suffisant.

Worst hotel ever!!

We couldn’t even stay at the hotel because it was missing doors and windows, we were the only people in the parking lot and pretty sure the only people who would have been staying there. It was disgusting and had mattresses in the parking lot. I felt unsafe! After arriving they refused to give me a refund.

Dirty towels, floor, chair, counters. Window partially opened and won’t close or lock. Noisy through night due to partially opened window and proximity to highway.

Worst stay of my life!!!!

The guy at the front desk is rude yelled at me cause I left my key in the room at 7 am. The lobby doesn’t open till 9am. He gave me another key and it canceled my other 2. I went to ask for the other keys to be reset and he got mad. That key stopped working the following day so I had to go back to as for another key. He yelled at me and said that was the last key I was going to get. I got there on Wednesday and they didn’t clean my room until Sunday because I chased down the house keeper and asked if she would clean our room. She said “ I will clean it but I can get in trouble. We are not allowed to clean rooms until you move out. “ They are tearing out drywall and and insulation from all the rooms around us so the room gets dusty really quick. The lady did a good job at cleaning the room and by the next morning everything was dusty again. I’m still here in rock springs but I moved to a different hotel.

Unbelievable !!!!

Room was in very very bad shape. Floor was falling apart. Walls were dirty. Bed was very old. Sheets had holes. Nothing was nice.

Property appeared to be in the process of getting a much needed remodel. Floor was in poor shape. Bedding had stains and cigarette burns
