This gorgeous oceanfront condo boasts elegant, modern decor and breathtaking views of the Northern Oregon Coast, as well as instant beach access. You will enjoy beautiful tile floors, a beautiful balcony, and an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you won't miss a minute of the sunset.

The living area has a cable TV with a DVD player and a plush sofa just waiting to host a movie night. The primary suite has a king bed and private balcony, affording extra space for couples, and the en suite bath has a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.

The Oregon Coast vacation rental is located in Nedonna Views, a modern condo complex in a quiet neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. You'll enjoy seven miles of uncrowded coastline less than two miles from fresh seafood restaurants and unique shops in Rockaway Beach.

This fantastic stretch of sand is much quieter than the beach closer to the heart of town, yet still close to the restaurants, markets, and shops in the community. The quaint, old-fashioned coastal town is bustling with antique stores, taffy shops, and instant public access best experienced at the Rockaway Beach Wayside. Stroll to the sandy shores, build sand castles, beachcomb, fly kites, or simply sunbathe.

Please note that the elevators are out of service, indefinitely and this home is only accessible by stairs. If you are not able to handle one or two flights of stairs, give us a call and we can help you find an alternative rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Poor furniture condition. Interior damage due to rain water; broken chair in closet. Beach view and ocean experience was fine but the interior was very sub par. Not an experience worth repeating.

Great property, no response from Vacasa
We had issues with parking as there was not a reserved spot with our unit's number. We called Vacasa their local person agreed and told us to park in a unit with 2 spots. Still uncomfortable, hopefully they will resolve for future guests. Second issue was there was an overwhelming amount of bird poop on the windows of this condo, enough that you didn't want to look out at the awesome view. Same Vacasa representative told us they couldn't resolve the issue as it was on the 2nd level, but we could call Vacasa customer service to ask for a discount, which we did and were told we would get a call back that day or the next. So far no call from Vacasa. It's disappointing that we didn't even get a call back to say they wouldn't offer anything, but we got no call at all, Vacasa needs to step it up. Other than that, the place is on the beach and all interiors were clean. The view from the deck was beautiful.

Beautiful Ocean View!
Beautiful view, beautiful beach! The property was very clean, and the check in easy. The stairway entrance to the property seemed a little dirty and dank, and the front door was difficult to lock. Check out time was 10:00 am. 11:00 would have been much more convenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Beautiful spacious ocean view!
Beautiful and close up ocean view property that is right on the beach! Nice open layout condo with dining room, kitchen and living room area having views of the ocean and beach area. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators for guests to use. For older folks like us and those with mobility issues this is a big deal and it was a bit of struggle getting all our supplies inside.

Beautiful views and the layout was lovely. Close to the beach. At the outskirts of town so a bit more quiet. Only thing I would note, and I have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals....this home does not have any of the usual kitchen type spices, oil, basic stuff. Just salt and pepper. Just an FYI

The property was clean, but the company was not responsive to the maintenance issues. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes then converted to text. Was informed via text that we should be patient; no one ever got back to us. Slider to outside balcony very rusted and stuck, required two people to open. Cold sea air blowing through main door, gas fire place heater didn't work, shower drained slowly, outside front door burned out, hottub area with broken fence board. This property is a great location, but it needs some work. And there is no excuse for property management team to not call us back.

Almost 5 star
Beautiful and large condo with a gorgeous location right on the beach. It was very clean, except for a hidden spill inside one of the cabinets from a previous guest. Pretty much everything you might need to cook with was there. A couple of shortcomings keep me from giving it a fifth star. 1. The fire alarm is NOT monitored (ask me how I know) even though there is a notice on who to call etc if you set it off accidentally. 2. There were numerous lights out in the very dark and steep exterior stairway, including the one over our door. 3. This is very minor but, we could not get the toaster to work no matter how we tried

Great beach access and spectacular view. Comfortable sleeping, seating, eating and bathroom arrangements for the 3 of us. Nice close parking though the stall numbers were not super easy to read from the car for us. And the stairs….well the exercise did us good…are do able. And Rockaway Beach is cute

Wouldn’t change a thing!
We had a lovely long weekend at the beach, and especially enjoyed waking up to the spectacular views and closing the day w the sunset. Condo had everything we needed. And since this is a quick drive up to cannon beach we prefer to stay here and drive out of rockaway for great food and shops.
