This amazing A-frame house has direct beach access on an acre of private land and is filled with all the comforts of home, making it perfect for your next family vacation! The house's open-concept living space features an expansive corner couch, a mounted flat screen TV, a handsome spiral staircase leading up to the lofted sleeping quarters, and sliding glass door access to the deck furnished with lots of Adirondack chairs and a private gas grill.

The full kitchen is dressed in stainless steel appliances that include a French door refrigerator and a dishwasher, ample counter space, and even a breakfast bar with four barstools. The dining table has bench seating and enough room for six guests, and you can enjoy your meals al fresco under the gazebo while taking in views of the Pacific.

This incredible home is not only an experience but a great place to stay. The property is loaded with countless amenities that will include something fun for everyone. Looking for a private sand volleyball court? Cornhole? Hot Tub? Perhaps a covered gazebo to enjoy? Camp 33 has it all.

Take along the complimentary beach towels when you head down to the beach then spend an afternoon enjoying the water. Afterward, let the outdoor shower spritz away the sand then kick back in the living room to watch your favorite Netflix or DVD movies on the TV. The private hot tub is a great way to relax the muscles after a day of fun, especially with some old friends and a glass of good wine. Everyone can gather around the private firepit to enjoy an evening of toasted marshmallows and starlight. The home's high-speed WIFI makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Perfect location by the beach
The home was perfect for the 4 of us. The outdoor area was great and just a small walk to the beach from the back yard. Quiet and cozy. The hot tub was very nice at the end of a long cold day. Would recommend booking.

The property had everything we needed, it even accommodated our fur family. It was clean and updated. Short private walk to the beach. Our stay was early spring so we didnt get to enjoy all the outdoor games and entertainment this rental had, we did get to enjoy soaking in the hot tub and did use the fire pit. We would definitely like to rent again in the summer. and e

We did a little winter ocean trip and the location of this house is incredible. Sleeping accommodations inside the house were not perfect for us. The sleeping loft is open to the living room which is not so ideal for people with young children.

Not what expected
I held off writing a review to see if the host or Vrbo would make good on their 5 Star Guarantee, they did not. First I’d like to say that it is a beautiful property but there are things a guest should be aware of. One the staircase leading to the upstairs loft with the 6 twin beds is a wrought iron staircase that is quite steep, narrow and winds, and you have to duck to not hit your head. My son was not able to safely climb the stairs and it was difficult for me. But my main issue was when we lost power. I am very familiar with coastal weather. We owned a coastal property. We also kept a small generator, stocked candles and flashlights and plenty of warm blankets. During our stay at camp 33 we were out of electricity for 9 hours, there were no provisions available to us, no flashlights, candles, or warm blankets, certainly no generator. The stairs were a safety hazard. We literally froze. We weren’t able to shower, prepare food or dry our clothes. Note the host is available, but won’t offer any solution, so be prepared. We requested a partial refund, but got “If you book with us again we can offer a discount.” When asked what sort of discount, we got no clear answer.

Nice location, needs some maintenance
The location of this property is great. Fantastic view and walking to the beach was quick and easy. The home is cute but unfortunately it just doesn’t quite live up to the pictures in the listing. The backyard was overgrown with weeds, the volleyball court needs sand - it was unplayable because of the weeds. A couple of the Adirondack chairs were broken. It just appears yard maintenance and care has been lacking. The inside of the home was cozy - more dated and dinged up than the photos let on but comfortable enough for our family. It didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked. This is a great spot and I would likely return. It would just be great to feel like you’re getting what you see in the pictures and some maintenance needs to be done to get back to that level. The listing company has several signs asking for five star reviews but this is just not a five star property.

The property did not disappoint. The house was comfy, clean, and well stocked. The beach is so beautiful and quiet. We visited Canon beach and Seaside, they were so crowded and busy. We really appreciated the peace of Rockaway Beach.

We loved staying here. The beach location is so great. Walks on the beach - very accessible. The house had all we needed. The couch was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the bed was lacking a support in the middle which made it very creaky and made us worry it would collapse - it didn't. I texted the manager about this, but never heard anything back.

There were ant traps all over the place, especially in the kitchen. And ants crawling all over the counters, and in the bathroom. That part was a little gross as the dishes and cupboards didn’t feel clean. Also the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was loose.
