Ocean front beach home! Private beach/volleyball court, hot tub, beautiful views

Family owned since 1992, our 2 story 2,100 square foot home is designed to maximize the expansive ocean views from both the upper and lower floors, with the main bedroom upstairs and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. Each level has a full bathroom.
This cottage style home has wood accents throughout with a wood burning fireplace upstairs and LCD TV. The extended dining area contains a wet bar, stereo/CD player, and two tables for dining. All with a view and access to the upper deck.
The lower level is furnished with comfortable seating, TV/VCR, game table, full size futon, second full bathroom, laundry room, and extra refrigerator/freezer. There is direct access to the large lower deck and ocean view hot tub. Perfect for vacation!

Our private volleyball court is perfect for sheltered relaxation, a spirited game of volleyball, or there's room for both just off the lower deck. An easy stroll about 50 yards further down a dedicated sandy path gets you to the main beach. We love not only our "little beach" for small children to play and volleyball, but also the close proximity to Clark's creek for family fun in shallow water. You can't beat our view of Twin Rocks, the ocean waves, and the sunset!
This home is located in Rockaway Beach in the 7 mile sandy beach between Tillamook Bay and Nehalem Bay.
The home is managed by the owners.

Overall impression was very good. Very nice view and beach access. Very clean, no bad smells.Hot tub was not working properly and failed to heat enough to enjoy. The cover was not fastened down properly which allowed alot of sand and debris to blow into the tub during the storm.BBQ was pushed around deck and had to be brought inside to prevent damage to the home. This also happened at 3am. It could have been prevented by having it secured to the railing.Normally, I wouldn't expect to wash the sheets.

Relaxing beach getaway
Great location, right on the beach so you get the convenience of the beach in the backyard and the amazing views! The house was perfect for our use, big enough for three families to share. And great for kids! Only had to move one decorative item, otherwise the house was kid proof. Would definitely come back to this spot.

What a brilliant trip! This house was perfect for our special holiday. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of high quality bedding and the kitchen was well appointed for our family’s celebration. We sat 12 for dinnee and still had enough room for a puzzle table. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We will be back!!

What an amazing home! This was one of the best Vrbo homes we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was extremely well stocked! We enjoyed cooking meals as a family and eating together with the amazing view of the ocean! Beds were extremely comfortable! It was a short walk to the beach right in front of the house. Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed all the different outdoor areas of the home…multiple patios and the sand out front which was so great for the kids to play privately. The house was stocked with everything we needed without being overstocked. Would highly recommend!

Amazing home on the beach!
My family and I loved our short stay (3 nights) at your beach house. The home was lovely and had everything that we needed. We picked this home because of the beach access and the incredible ocean views. It was even better than we hoped. We were blessed with amazing weather and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the home, the beach, hot tub, and the town. It was the perfect location for our plan to explore the coast from Astoria to Pacific Beach. I highly recommend.

This house was exactly what we were looking for and a great value. The view was amazing and having just a short walk down to the beach was perfect with a 4 year old and 1 year old. We could also walk to all of the rockaway shops and my daughter loved watching the train go by daily. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Beautiful house and excellent location.
The house was wonderful. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and direct access to the beach. You don’t hear the noise from the road behind it at all. My one criticism would be the pack’n play was ancient and almost impossible to put together. Other than that- it was excellent! I would absolutely go back with the kids or just for an adult getaway.

We had a lovely weekend at this place. Although it rained and we could not walk to the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful views from the upper living room while we played cribbage. Very spacious upper and lower level bedrooms with bathrooms and living space. Would recommend highly. Something to be aware of: responsibilities for leaving and upkeep are big- see listing and read carefully.
