Peaceful secluded getaway
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPulling down the long driveway, passing open fields, looking at the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains we knew immediately we picked the right spot. We just sold our house in CT and are in the process of moving to NC. We needed a peaceful place to stay as we wait for our house to be completed. We stayed for 12 nights and would have stayed longer if there was availability.
We brought our two dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect! Waking up to the cows near the fence was such a neat experience for the dogs. Check in was quick and easy. The cabin had everything we needed to cook dinners. WiFi worked well which was great to get schoolwork done. The sunsets were incredible!
We will be back next time we need a private getaway!

Spectacular view!

Inside--clean, simple & straightforward.
Outside---a great fireplace, porch with overhang, plenty of space and best of all, spectacular views of the mountains
