Quick Getaway
Publié le 21 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and I spent a quick weekend at Black Bear while attending a wedding in Hocking Hills. I wish we had more time to enjoy everything the cabin had to offer! The cabin is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The host was very nice and responsive and even delivered firewood for us so we didn't have to bring our own. When we visit again, I'll definitely check to see if Black Bear is available.

Extremely spacious with room for socializing in a variety of settings within the cabin and on the property. Plenty of furnishings and kitchen items for a large group. Host was extremely responsive to pre-trip questions. We are looking forward to coming back!

Great cabin
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was gorgeous, clean, and well stocked. We actually thought it was prettier in real life than in the pictures. The towels, blankets, pots and pans, and even the TP were high end and made for a very comfortable stay that felt like staying in a home and not a rental.

Weekend getaway with friends
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our 2nd time staying and it was just as perfect as the first. The cabin is beautiful, perfect weather, amazing view. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights. Hiked at Conkles Hollow, but otherwise stayed at the cabin. Fully stocked kitchen. Can’t speak highly enough about our host, Mechele. Kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful Cabin
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second time staying at this cabin and we absolutely love it. It’s in a great location to the caves. It is always clean and you can tell the owner takes great care of it. I highly recommend this cabin for a weekend getaway!

The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and had everything ready for check in and check out. Would absolutely stay in the house again, everyone in our group gave it a 10/10.

Amazing Property
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we had a spectacular time! Mechele went above and beyond to make our trip perfect!! The property and views were breathtaking and inside the property everything was extremely clean and organized! The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was phenomenal! We will definitely book our stay again for next year!!
