Was very clean, common areas are updated nicely but rooms have new carpet and clean linens but older furniture. Staff was very nice.

I had stay here for a night and I had to leave because of the bed bugs on the bed. It was horrible, after 3 days I was still itching and itching on my back and feet. When i told the front desk lady They had bed bugs she was like oh sorry to hear. they turn off the Air-condition on the lobby so gets very hot and the room air condition was not good either. I called the Rockford city health department about the dirtiness of this hotel and will never stay here again.

I stayed here for a business conference. It’s close to the Hard Rock Casino which was pretty fun to go to, even though I really don’t gamble. The breakfast was a nice perk.
