Lovely stay. I really wish they had coffee or tea in the lobby as only two paper cups and two pods were in room. Two adults. No smokers bench or cig disposal. I don’t smoke but there were cigarette butts all over. Picked this facility as a restaurant advertised on site. Went down for breakfast and restaurant did not open until 11:00.

We understand the convenience of having coffee or tea available in the lobby and will certainly consider this suggestion for future improvements. Regarding the smoking area, we regret that the cigarette butts were not addressed properly during your stay and will take steps to ensure that our exterior areas are maintained better in the future. Additionally, I apologize for the confusion with the restaurant hours. While we do have an attached restaurant, Hoffman House Scoreboard, which serves breakfast, I regret that it did not meet your expectations in terms of timing.Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to make improvements that benefit all of our guests. Nice Room Rude Staff
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was clean and decent. The housekeeping do a great job there with the bathroom cleaning. Good room size for a standard with 1 king bed. The front desk people were something left to be desired. I showed up and gave the desk peeson my name and reservation, and she told me i couldn't check in until 3pm. I returned at 2:30pm and there was a line of guests checking in. To be honest, she was just rude. Some point during the night, the staff blanket messaged a block of rooms about smoking. I didn't smell anything nor do I care if someone was smoking.
