Nice property
Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayYou can tell it’s an older home and it smelled a little like an older home. However, it served our purpose and didn’t break the bank. My family loved the game room and there was adequate room to spread out. I would recommend this property to anyone with a family looking to stay in Rockford.

Family of 6 plus the doggo vacation
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 17 nights at this property and it was very nice. The kids loved the basement game room. Having space for all the kids always great. Being able to do our laundry was extremely helpful. Plenty of room for our local family to come and visit us. The home was very comfortable.

Owner is great with communication
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI came up to visit family who lived nearby. It was myself and my two children. The owner was fabulous to communicate with, he was very prompt! Responded almost immediately answered all of my questions. I highly recommend renting from this owner. The house has plenty of space, we loved the games he offered downstairs. The backyard had plenty of space for the kids to run around.

Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house could use a good deep clean. The Bed linen and towels were clean. Plenty for my family of 7 to use. The game room was ok. I had to get the spider webs out before my grandson would play in it! Check in was easy. Living area and kitchen roomy and nice. AC worked great. Back yard was beautiful. Overall, it was good. I would stay there again.

I stay at a lot of VRBO’s and this home had the most amenities I have seen.
Coffee, spices etc.
We needed to buy very little extra things for our meals..
Highly recommended this home for a stay in Rockford!!

Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe all had a good time in Tim's house. The game room was a hit with the kids. Big back yard for them to run around in was a plus. It's an older house and was pretty clean and very spacious. The TV in the basement doesn't work at all but upstairs TV was fine. It was close to town and we had fun at all the museums and parks. All in all was a very good rental and we would go again.
