Terrible !

Terrible, le prix affiché sur hôtel.com était de 115$, finalement quand je suis arrivé sur place (avec payment sur place), l’hôtel m’a demandé de payer 135$ car le prix hôtel.com n’incluait pas les “frais de service”…

We rented 3 rooms- the sink in each was clogged and barely drained. One floor was damp and very slippery. We dried it with towels, and they were black when we finished. Bedding was dirty and our door did not latch. On top of all that, I’d booked and paid through Expedia. The hotel’s computer kept giving them a message that my card had been declined for one of the 3 rooms. I spent an hour in the lobby on the phone with Expedia in the presence of hotel staff to prove I’d paid. Staff members were friendly enough, but this was a horrible hotel experience.

The shower didn't work the bathroom floor and surfaces were slimy. It smelled like mildew. Office guy came and sprayed my room with air freshener and mopped the bathroom floor and brought towels that were not already in the room told me I need to leave the fan running for the AC unit and that's why it smelled. There were bugs in the room. 10/10 would not stay here again

I dont think a tornado could clean this place. Very musty smelling from the nasty carpet. I could not sleep under the comforter, was worried bout bed bugs and they wasnt clean at all. Lobby area where breakfast was served also very nasty. They was working on the room next to mine late in the nite. Bathroom was probably the worst. Floor looks like someone tries to tile it and forgot the grout. Bathtub was very dirty inside and out. Toilet was broken. Didn't think the owners/staff really cared bout how the the accommodations was satisfactory for guests. Pool doesnt look like it was opened at all this year. Was still covered and looked empty. Nothing as described online. I can deal deal with alot but this place made me feel like i need a tetanus shot after one night there!. Desk attendant was friendly but place looks like its ran by extremely lazy and seemingly careless people.

As soon as we walked into our room, there was a huge black stain on the carpet. Upon waking the next morning, come to discover there was a huge rip/tear in the sheets/mattress which I question if the sheets were ever changed from the people before us.

Hotel room had been smoked in even through I got a non smoking room. The room had not been cleaned. It was awful!

Bed was very hard, room was damp and musty smell. No shower curtain in bathroom and no one came and put onw in. Want be back to aray again.
