I will NEVER use Expedia again. We booked at the Trade Winds but then get a call that our reservations of 4 nights has been canceled at the Hatch??? Never booked there. Was notified at 3:00 pm when it was time to check in
Nothing was open at the hotel. No pool no sun deck no food NOTHING
WILL never again book there or thru Expedia. Totally dissatisfied

Service was excellent until 5 when you needed to call to someone who left the building Facilities were a major disappointment No table and chair to use our computer. Beautiful view--when we opened the door/window-no screen
Hotel in transition and some parts of the operation has been neglected

Stay away like your life depends on it.
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HotelsDidn’t stay room was dirty and constructions was going on. No elevator stairs only and not even finished. This was not mentioned in the ad. No a single person at the hotel had to talk to a screen with someone working remote.

Lost power during latest storm. Heat, hot water and shower was great after camping at home for a few days. Construction contions and will be a nice improvement.
