This charming heated pool home features three bedrooms, two sleeper sofas and two full bathrooms. With two spacious living rooms, an updated kitchen and a fully fenced outdoor oasis just waiting for your to relax! Enjoy cooking outdoors on the propane BBQ grill and spend your days floating in the pool with your favorite beverage.

-All Communication must be through the chat feature of the AirBnb app.
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please. This is a property for those who want to relax set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in or on property
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we observe quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
- No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property please notify us immediately.
