I like it was close to bar , restaurant and the train to the city
I didn’t like random people hanging around the parking lot at night ( they were not customers)

Breakfast was a nice variety of food selection...BUT Not a fan of turkey sausage at all and that was all they served on the weekend, my stay was from Saturday to Wednesday, finally had nicely cook bacon... hurray!

Linda at the front desk was great! We were unfamiliar with the area and very tired after jfk canceled our flight late at night. Linda was very professional helping us schedule transportation and other details. We enjoyed this Best Western more than every other one we’ve stayed At

Breakfast was good. Staff are not very helpful or empathetic towards guests need. No room service. For this kind of service this place is expensive.

We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really good. I would have given a better rate but we woke up at middle of the night with very itchy bedbugs bites. I have six bites in my arms and legs. My 11 and 4 years old were bitten too. Very unfortunate. I think this should be addressed as soon as possible. Room number 590
