Greet each day with an unforgettable view of Moosehead Lake, Mt. Kineo, and the colors of the morning sunrise at this one-bedroom condo, stunningly situated on the lake's western shore in Rockwood.

This second-floor condo is wonderfully located for all sorts of outdoor pursuits. There's a community dock across the road, as well as a public launch and a number of other docks with half a mile. Spend the day fishing or hop on board the Kineo Shuttle just up the street for a scenic ride across the lake. Come winter, you'll have easy access to local snowmobile trails and the slopes of Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area (14 miles south).

After a day of these memorable adventures, take a seat outside on your balcony and marvel at how the setting sun illuminates Mt. Kineo in the distance.

Inside, the condo features every essential. There's a well-equipped kitchenette (with a refrigerator, an air fryer, a hot plate, a microwave, and a coffee maker) to assist with easy meals, a bistro table by the window where you can dine with a view, and a smart TV to stream your favorite movies in the evenings. Enjoy a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and high-speed WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's excursions.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, an air fryer, a hot plate, a microwave, and a coffee maker (but no traditional stove or oven).
There is no washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a shared dock across the road for a boat up to 24 feet. You'll also find a public launch and boat docks within half a mile.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
