The minute we showed up I knew it was bad. The front staff double charged my room but laughed it off like it’s a common occurrence. I waited 2 days to receive the overcharge back. When I complained they told me I could go somewhere else. The manager was no help & even said to me when I told her I just wanted my key being on the road 9 hours that she was tired from working 12 hours. What kind of answer is that???? Upon finally getting my room I found the bathroom to be disgusting. Mold on the door, the toilet paper fixture falling out of the wall, & only 1 bath towel for me & my wife. The tv reception was horrible so we couldn’t even watch it. The police were constantly here for many different things. I can go on & on. Please do yourself a favor & don’t be fooled by the price of this 2 star “hotel “. It’s 2 too many for my book!!!
