Two Nights
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsHad a two night stay this long weekend. It was a few years since I visited the hotel. Karen kindly placed us in a quiet room, as I have sound sensitivity, and it was indeed very quiet. You can still hear hall noise but everything settles down at a decent time.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean and well maintained. There is free Wifi and you are given the password upfront. I stayed on two separate nights in the last week and had issues with watching TV on both days. Not sure what I was doing wrong but some parental Lock Screen seemed to override the ability to watch TV. Breakfast is included. I was disappointed on both occasions with the scrambled eggs - thinking they were powdered. Would have loved some fresh berries and some GF options. Overall the stay met my needs.

Thank you for your review of our property, I have not heard of any issues with parental locks on our TV's until you mentioned it. Should you return please allow us to assist you in resolving the issue. The scrambled eggs are not powdered, they are however pre-cooked as we only have the ability to microwave food. Our Breakfast Attendant can certainly prepare other items if requested. We have a large selection of Gluten Free options, the list is posted on the wall near the cutlery.We hope to see you again soon!
