A fantastic home. Super clean and very comfortable. The owner is wonderful to work with. I don’t use home rentals often so I know this experience has set a high bar for me! Highly recommend. Please note- we did not use the kitchen. We used this as our sleeping base. But the kitchen looked well stocked - clean and easy to use.

Great House!
This was an awesome house, perfect for our needs. We came to Long Island to visit relatives and this house was a perfect location for us. It was very clean and looks like it was decorated by Joanna Gaines herself. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked, even though we only ate breakfast there as our Italian relatives stuffed us with huge meals! Our only issue was the master bathroom was very small and didn't have shelves for cosmetic/toiletry bag or hooks for towels. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Great rental in a private beach community on the Long Island. The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and a beautiful back your with plenty of outdoor furniture. Stephen our host was easy to contact and the guest book has all the information we needed. Can not wait to go back to this home.

Absolutely Perfect !
This is truly one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The house is immaculate, brand new, and amply supplied with tea, coffee, a huge spice rack, dw soap and laundry soap - all the things that some other rentals skimp on. The TV had Netflix and other premium channels available - rarely found in other rentals. Stephen was immediately available for questions, gave us an early check in, and followed up with us when we got stuck in traffic to ask if we were ok! The house is beautifully decorated (did I mention immaculate?) and so comfortable we hardly wanted to leave. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and near many restaurants and stores. We hope to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor deck. Thank you Stephen for letting us share your beautiful house !

Our stay couldn’t have been any better at this beautifully renovated home in Rocky Point! The interior of the home is gorgeous, with wonderful amenities and even a welcome book made by the owner, Stephen, that details the area restaurants, activities, and so much more! Stephen was there with a quick response for any questions we had, and was so friendly! Thank you again for this amazing stay, we are so happy with the weekend we got to spend here; it was a home away from home in a fantastic location, central to many things. Thank you so much!

The house was beautiful!! We were so impressed with how new and up to date everything was. The host was awesome and super accommodating. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive into Port Jeff. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful home
The pictures almost looked too good to be true! This house was just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures and feels like Chip & Joanna Gaines came in theirselves and did the renovations and decorating. Stephen was the best VRBO host I’ve ever had - from reaching out before our stay to making sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. The house was clean and the essentials were provided from extra toilet paper and trash bags to plenty of extra bath towels. This house is close to a lot and we took the 20 min drive to check out Baiting hallow farm vineyard. Our trip was short but there is so much more nearby and a homemade welcome book by Stephen to help find something for everyone. We had the best weekend away at this house!
