Perfect Start to Summer
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family LOVED our stay. It was quiet, except for the sound of the surf, which was heaven and the neighbors we quiet and friendly. This location was exactly as shown in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. We don’t care for eating out and this place had a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. We have been looking for a beach vacation area that is not crowded with amusements and “tourist trap” areas. We just wanted peace, quiet, the beach/ocean, and time to spend with each other. This was it!! We all fell in love with OBX (including our doggie). New vacation spot located. 😁

Like a ship by the sea!

Sunrise on the beach and sunsets over the sound, check out the Salvo day use area for prime viewing less than 10 min down the road! Kitchen is well equipped and our pup made himself right at home.

Cottage by the beach

Great holiday at Still Waters
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family had an excellent Thanksgiving at Still Waters. The location was excellent, the house and kitchen were well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Vacasa was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Filthy and in need of many repairs
Publié le 21 août 2023 sur HomeAwayPee stained mattress, food crusted blankets, screens with head-sized holes, roof leaks into livingroom. Sliding door to porch in king room doesn’t open. Board on exterior stairs broken and hidden with a rug posing a safety hazard, broken coffee pot flooded counter top, grill crusted with greasy food, clothes and trash under house, filthy stained carpets. Windows and sills dirty. Management has been unresponsive
