Cottage on the lake with lake view

The house is winter fine. It is warm and cozy for the quiet time. The lambskins and the fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and the cozy, fluffy pillows do the rest. Cute wooden house right on Lake Neubäuer, approx. 100 m to the water. Spend cozy evenings on the sunny terrace with a view of the lake. If the sun means it too well, an awning protects. A Weber kettle grill makes the pleasure perfect.
The house is romantically heated with a wood-burning stove and was newly furnished in 2017. It has a cozy living-dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with large rainforest shower, a 2-bed bedroom and a bedroom with a pull-out day bed. The house is located in a former ADAC holiday complex in a beautiful natural forest area. Dogs are welcome, but please consider other people's needs and keep your pets on a leash outside the home.

Beautiful chalet in the woods
À beautiful chalet on a private park, overlooking a lake. Warm and cozy inside with fantastic walks all around the area. Great host, everything was ready for our arrival. She had even lit the wood burning stove. Hope to return soon

Wonderful short vacation
The house was very comfortable and warm. The owner welcomed us herself and was very nice amd hospitable. The area has a nicw view of a lake with just 5 minutes of walk. The only thing was there were dog hair everywhere in the house and i got allergy attacks every morning. But overall the house was very nice.

Nice small and clean cottage in an area of Germany with A lot of hiking. Close to beautiful lake. In small holiday park (a bit old park and outdated, but cottage itself is new/ up to date). Good spot for a few days .

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Die Hütte hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund des Wetters waren wir viel drinnen, dort ist es ein bisschen düster. Fliegengitter sind an allen Fenstern. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch. Man kann gut direkt vom Haus mit dem Hund Richtung Wald los laufen. Das Feriendorf ist umzäunt, es ist daher auch kaum Verkehr. Zugang zum See ist nur an einer Stelle möglich, dort sind leider keine Hunde erlaubt. Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Schöne und erholsame Auszeit!
Wir können das Häuschen nur weiterempfehlen. Klein aber sehr fein und absolut ausreichend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einen Stern extra bekommt auf jeden Fall die Gastgeberin. Sehr netter Kontakt, herzlicher Empfang, Nachfrage unter der Woche, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Was will man mehr! :-)

Perfekt zum Runterfahren
Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht, in dem schönen, kleinen Häuschen ist alles da was man braucht. Kurze Wege zum See und in den Wald, perfekt um auszuruhen und kraft zu tanken. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍

Toller Urlaub

Urlaub im Schwarzwald
Es war im Häuschen sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Kaminofen im kalten November ist schon was feines. Es war genug Holz vorhanden. Gesamte Anlage ist von schönen Wald umgeben. Zum Einkaufen hat man in 500 m kleinen und kuscheligen Edeka. Die Frau Heil ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder!

5 Tage im Haus am See / Wald

Schönes Häuschen mit Ofen
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und trotz des Dauerregen viel unternommen und die schöne Gegend erkundet, der Wald hat uns am besten gefallen und das wir einen Ofen mit Holz heizen konnten und somit schnell wieder trocken waren. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme und viele Grüße.

Immer wieder erholsam
wir waren diesmal nur 2 Tage in dem Häuschen, konnten diese aber sehr geniessen. Man fühlt sich dort einfach wohl, das Häuschen ist super ausgestattet und die Gegend ist einfach sehr schön. Wir reisen immer mit unserer alten Hündin. Für sie ist es auch immer eine Freude, wenn wir hier ein paar Tage verbringen. Man hat den Wald direkt vor der Haustüre und man kann ohne große Steigungen super spazieren gehen. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft
Herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin, und zwischendurch telefonisch nachgefragt ob alle passt. - Und, es hat wirklich ALLES gepasst. Erholsamer Urlaub mit Hund
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer Vermieterin Frau Heil begrüßt. Uns wurde alles erklärt und Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Das Häuschen ist super eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Klein aber fein
Das Häuschen liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Ferienpark am See in einer Umgebung die ruhiger ist als im Zentrum des Bayerischen Waldes (was wir ein Vorteil fanden). Die Küche ist relativ gross und die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, was aber kein Problem ist weil sie sehr praktisch, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet sind und weil das Haus einen sehr schönen Aussenraum hat. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen von der Inhaberin, die uns später sogar noch anrufte um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung war.

Gemütliches Haus
Das Ferienhaus steht in einer Reihe mit anderen Häusern und ist wie ein Dorf aufgebaut, wo es auch dazu kleine Straßen gibt. Nebenan ist ein Campingplatz. Die Ungebung ist wirklich sehr schön, da es direkt am See gelegen ist. Leider konnten wir mit unserem Hund dort nicht mehr baden gehen, da es verboten wurde, aufgrund von Hundebesitzer die die Kacki nicht weg gemacht haben.... Ansonsten gibt es tolle Wanderwege, vor allem das Höllenthal, was nur 30 minuten entfernt ist. Die Vermieterin war sehr Freundlich und Sympathisch:)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage!
Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist und haben in der Ferienwohnung alles vorgefunden was man braucht. Die Lage unter den hohen Bäumen war sehr schön, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und können je nach Wunsch zusammengeschoben oder einzeln gestellt werden. Hätte nicht besser sein können!
