We offer you a freshly furnished bungalow half with 53 square meters, two queen-size beds, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a sun terrace.

Including parking space next to the apartment. Powerful WiFi (5G) included.
Pets such as dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash in the common areas.
In the separate laundry room of the Sonnenpark (building 1) there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers to enable you to wash your clothes even during longer stays. There you will also find a sauna for shared use (coin operated).

For summer temperatures, two sun loungers and a parasol are available free of charge, as well as a barbecue.

At colder times of year, a smart, easy-care pellet stove provides the perfect atmosphere and cozy, warm nights.

The vacation home is located in a natural, fenced residential complex directly on Lake Neubäuer See with numerous leisure activities such as swimming at the separate beach of the Sonnenpark or hiking in the adjacent nature reserve.
There is a forest playground for children right next to the Sonnenpark access gate.

! Smoking/vaping in the accommodation (except on the terrace) and loud parties are not permitted!

For guests traveling by public transport, the Neubäuer train station is ideally located only 15 minutes away. A supermarket (EDEKA) is only a few minutes away.

The Neubäuer Seewirt, which is within easy walking distance, also provides tasty meals and relaxed evenings.

An inflatable kayak is available free of charge from April to September.
