The keys have a nasty habit of randomly not working and they shut the office down at 11:00 so I was l got locked out of my room after coming back from work at midnight and I had to sleep in my truck because I couldn’t get into my room and they would not give me a refund and were extraordinarily rude

Keys get deactivated if kept besides cell phone or any magnetic device. Now this is specified on key card envelope. On Frontdesk lobby. On the invoice u sign. Now u do not take care of the 2 keys given to u, where is our fault. Yes we close at 11.00 pm and open back at 8.00 am. We are also humans, we do need 8hrs rest too.

Guest Inn gave us a nice, affordable, and comfortable place to stay when visiting our daughter. When checking out, they asked about our stay and made sure there wasn’t anything that went wrong or bothered us.

A cut rate motel

This is a cheap hotel, which is fine as that is what I was looking for. Just wish the owner was a bit more friendly as I was basically treated with contempt at check-in. A deposit of $50 was required at check in. I’m not sure what it was for as there was nothing in the room that could be damaged. The room freaked of Ozium to cover the smell of cigarettes. Sparse would be an understatement. In closing, a little customer kindness would offset the room conditions but don’t expect it.

For u nothing but for us one room costed me 6000.00 to fix it till date and I need other 3000 per room to further improve it. Deposit 50 is taken which is returned when u check out. Then what is hurting u. Yes it does keep homeless or broke guest away.

Everything was i considered ok. No hot water in bathroom sink and dirt behind door in shower toilet area. Everything else was very nice.

We do have a know for hot water in sink but as not used often it does get jammed. After u complained in the lobby I did check in all rooms. As my housekeeper was sick I had to call for help and that is where this mistake happened. I normally check but as it was on the back side of the door it escaped my site.

The lady at check in is rude, the room was not clean at all. We found out that there was a shooting the day before we felt incredibly unsafe.

Need help. More details as i was not there. What was the actual problem.?Was it the front desk lady or the housekeeper.No police records say any shooting happening around in our area. or any such complain like that. 21 cameras on property and show no nothing. So need help.I have been living with my family and grand kids from 2011,Silent, safe, best value and clean. This is all I have been offering from 2011.But there are 1% who complain on Cleanliness but when they checkout we can understand how clean and organized they are.call 479 636 1733 x 0

This is the only place I've ever stayed where the maid made US take out the trash when inspecting our room so we can get our deposit back. They took our deposit because we smoked in a smoking room. Yes, we lost our deposit for smoking in a smoking room! The light switch for the bathroom shuts off after 2 minutes so good luck taking a shower. Same with the faucet, it also has a timer. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where they don't rip you off!!!!!

If u smoke in a non smoking room u have a penalty of 150.00Yes we do have smoking rooms.Now bathroom light with exhaust has a timer from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. U desire how long u want to take.Save water and so we have it on sensor. Please do us a favor of deleting a review like this.

BBQ time. What was ur problem? Why did u not tell us ur problem. And u stayed both nights?? U then have time to write terrible. Why?
