Our water faucet did not work well. Other than that, it was pretty enjoyable. We were surprised it was so quiet.

Needs some cleaning up / updated, our room had nasty looking calk around the tub and looked like the celing in the bathroom had a leak from the room above , and the celing was brown and looked moldy . We were in rogersville tenn room 101

This place is an absolute gem. The pool was great, and the room was cozy! The workers were a delight and the breakfast was delicious! We have no complaints!!

I booked a King room. Was put in a queen. After telling them, I was put in a disable access. mattress sunk in. Dingy sheets. Bad shower pressure

The property was very clean, and well kept. My only problem was the staff! The ladies at the front desk didn’t know simple questions, like.. is there a couch in my room? Or How long will the hold come off of my account?.. Then the manager at the front desk, after we checked out, had another person who was staying there, come out to tell me they needed me inside because I didn’t pay! They have tried charging my card $109 TWICE! I had to go inside and TELL them I paid through Expedia! So the manager looked in the computer, and confirmed I DID pay! They tried to charge my card AGAIN, after I left there! I will NOT be staying here again!

The staff was nice, but not great. I only got two towels in the room so when I had to hose off two kids I called down for towels and was told it would be a 45 min wait, so I chanced it and went down to get them myself. The room was okay. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not super clean, but it was okay. I booked them because of the pool and outdoor area and I really felt like I was catfished. It’s just not nearly as nice as the photos. In fact I decided to skip the pool and the hot tub all together as neither was very clean, and the room the pool is in clearly doesn’t have adequate ventilation so the drywall is patched everywhere and the whole room smells awful. The outdoor area is one gazebo in a run down courtyard and it also seems to be the designated smoking area so, again, skipped. The breakfast is a lot and was great, it was actually probably the best part. All in all, I probably won’t stay there again.
