The bedrooms on the upper floor open either onto a balcony or directly onto the extensive roof terrace, where you can make yourselves comfortable on the sun loungers and absorb the panoramic view over the sea. Down in the green garden there is an outdoor kitchen with a traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy meals under a blue sky. The terrace leads directly to the beach. After fun by the sea you can either sunbathe on the beach or walk a few steps back to the terrace to relax under the shade of trees. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the holiday villa.

The two-storey holiday villa was newly built in 1990 in a traditional natural stone style and was extensively renovated in 2015, with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 180m² comprises a light living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, five bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room on the ground floor provides an elegant Jugendstil sofa and three matching armchairs, a coffee table made of solid wood and a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen next to it in a rustic style is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone electric hob with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a dining table with six chairs for leisurely holiday breakfasts and other meals. There is a convenient separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Of the five bedrooms, two are furnished with a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm) and three with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. All three bathrooms are fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet, and one even has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

Your holiday villa is about 500 metres from the centre of the little town of Rogoznica, where you can find shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy. The nearest shops and cafés are only about 200-300 metres away.

Your pet is also welcome if you do not wish to go on holiday without it. Dogs can run around freely on the fenced garden site.
