Located 300m from closest amenities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and under 1km from main street Quesada, this apartment is must choice if you are looking for best of all worlds.

The apartment itself is located in the main building beside the main entrance and boasts additional off-road private parking accessed separately from the street. Upon entering the property you'll be greated with a sleek and contemporary style surroundings.

Walking through the inside beside the front door there is a large closet handy to store your suitcases or golf clubs, walk a little further inside and you'll be impressed with the open plan modern kitchen and living room area. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen and you'll be happy to know it boasts an integrated dishwasher so no washing up whilst on holiday! The dining area is a large table for 6 guests and in the living room area a chaiselongue sofa with a large smart TV.

A de-tour to the outside the apartment has a large outside dining table for 6 and large corner gardening with plenty of sunloungers overlooking the fantastic communal pool.

The sleeping quarters are divided into 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, tv and en-suite shower room and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. There is also another shower room just across the hallway.

Lastly the apartment boasts high speed fibre optic wifi and air conditioning throughout.
